Licensing (18+): Usage Rights & Pricing

Adults only (18+). All models are 18+.

This page explains the usage rights available for Bareform Studio photo sets and videos. By default, all purchases are personal use only. If you need additional rights (creator posting or commercial use), you can request a license below.

Important: I do not sell ownership. You receive a license to use under specific terms. Copyright remains with Bareform Studio / AVPhotography.

License types (overview)

1) Personal Use (Default)

Included with any standard purchase.
For private viewing and personal collection only.

Allowed

  • private viewing
  • private collection

Not allowed

  • reposting / re-uploading anywhere
  • sharing with others
  • reselling or trading
  • commercial use or monetization
  • AI training/datasets or manipulative edits

2) Creator Posting License (Add-on)

For creators who want the right to post purchased content on their own verified platforms (18+).

Price: $79 per set (non-exclusive)

Allowed

  • posting on your own verified creator accounts (paywalled platforms recommended)
  • use for your content marketing inside your paid ecosystem (as agreed)

Required

  • photographer credit/tag (provided in the license certificate)
  • no claim of authorship

Not allowed

  • reselling or redistributing as “content packs”
  • transferring the license to another person
  • uploading to free public galleries unless explicitly agreed

3) Commercial Use License (Non-exclusive)

For businesses/brands that require commercial usage rights (website, marketing, ads), subject to review and written agreement.

Pricing

  • Micro-Commercial (6 months, non-exclusive): $149
  • Standard Commercial (12 months, non-exclusive, worldwide): $299

Commercial licensing is handled case-by-case and depends on the specific content and intended usage.

How licensing works

  1. You submit a licensing request (template below).
  2. I confirm availability and terms for the specific set/content.
  3. You receive a secure payment option (Stripe invoice/payment link).
  4. After payment, you receive a PDF License Certificate issued to your name/entity.

  • Will you run paid ads? (yes/no)

E) Notes

  • Any special requirements (exclusivity, no-face, watermark preferences, etc.)

I reply with confirmation, final price, and a Stripe payment option.

  • Adults only (18+). All models are 18+.
  • License is non-transferable (issued to the buyer only).
  • No redistribution, resale, or re-uploading.
  • Any use beyond the granted license requires written permission.
